In 2015 the unofficial number of drug addicts in Zimbabwe was estimated to be between a million and 1.2 million countrywide.

Youth against Alcoholism and Drug Dependency (YADD) is a legally registered trust committed to promoting healthy alternatives to alcohol, tobacco and other drug abuse among young people in Zimbabwe.
