In 2015 the unofficial number of People Who Use Drugs (PWUD) in Zimbabwe was estimated to be 1.2 million.

Youth against Alcoholism and Drug Dependency (YADD) is a non profit organization committed to promoting healthy alternatives and prevention solutions to alcohol, tobacco and other drug use among young people in Zimbabwe.
